The MIPS AIR protection system is integrated into the padding, maintaining the distinctive lightness of the Trenta 3K Carbon, with the addition of the most advanced rotational force management system for specific impacts. MIPS AIR replaces classic padding and was developed and designed to be as light as possible. 3K Carbon technology sets this helmet apart from any other currently on the market. Our R&D team found that the elastic modulus of carbon allows the density of EPS to be reduced by 20 percent without compromising its ability to absorb shock.
